RETURN POLICY

You may purchase merchandise from this web site days by using any one of the payment options available. 

Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase.  Claims of missing, incorrect, or damaged components must be reported within 90 days. 

Items returned to Busted Knuckle Offroad will receive a MINIMUM 10% restocking fee if the reason for return is based on the customers actions (examples: no longer need, changed mind, ordered incorrect part).  Restocking fees are based on supplier fees and may vary.  Returns are not accepted for parts that have been used or the original packaging is missing or damaged. 

Returns must include our returns form available by contacting BKOR or downloading, with the order number and reason for return.
